About Dr. Chang
Dr. Bill Chang is a board-certified vascular and endovascular surgeon specializing in the prevention and treatment of vascular disease. He graduated from UT Southwestern Medical School in 2000 and completed surgical training at the University of Missouri–Kansas City and Vanderbilt University.
Dr. Chang is certified by the American Board of Surgery in both General and Vascular Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and an active member of the Society for Vascular Surgery.
